The Wheelchair Tennis Tournament. By Patrick Logas.
Every year the wheelchair tennis tournament comes to our city, Bratislava. The tournament was played a few days ago near the Economic University in Petržalka. The tennis tournament was played by players from most of Europe.The winner won $1600.
As always, the tournament was located in our “little big“ city Bratislava.
Players were glad to met again and play each other. There were a lot of players so the tournament took five days. More matches were played near the Economic University but the final match of the second draw was in the Zlate Piesky courts. This tournament was won by a slovak player.
There were also ball feeders from our school including my friends.
And my friend said “he very much enjoyed the tournament.“ His favorite player was Legner because of his nice and kind character. He came here to avoid school. There was only one thing which he did not like and that was the hot wheather under which he had to stay for hours. He also loved lunch.
He thinks that “lunch was the same as years ago.“
